Even better. We are halfway done renovating the basement. Turning it into a DJ / Remix studio. We will be doing pod castings and live internet shows as well. We will have at least 2 high end cameras in the room.
I am taking one of the rooms on the second floor and my current flatmate is taking the other.
By the way, I am sending you these via anonymous because I changed the OS on my mac and lost all my passwords. blablabla
