First Post!

Ok, well I just set this up, after years of procrastination. Read an article about blogging addiction in the NY Times and decided to bite the bullet. The theory is that by being able to type and publish this crap more easily I will be more inclined to write stuff on a regular basis. I actually have no idea how many of you even read the news page, but trust me, it's way too much hassle doing it manually. So now I'm gunna play around with these settings, and maybe this will end up looking OK.

In other news: Macau trip has been delayed again, now supposedly leaving Melbourne on the 14th June, returning on the 29th. Just in time for the TISM concert on the 2nd July! Damo, Ben R and some of their assorted mates are coming. Should be a good'un, going on past performances. Thinking of buying a TISM DVD too.

I've decided to go to Darwin to live for a while. Hopefully I'll get this job I just applied for, more details about that later. Applications close tomorrow, so I'll find out soon enough. I'm going to shift there anyway, this would just make it that much more of a soft landing. But there seems to be enough IT work to go around, even if I have to wait a month or so for something half decent.

Off home now, as it's 2:38am, and I'm mindlessly mucking around at Raynard's place.
